Wake up. Work. Dinner. TV series. Sleep. You like your life pattern, but you feel your life is always the same. You feel stuck. What should you do?
Here’s a tip: create resistance for yourself – and overcome it.
People make decisions by following the path of least resistance. Chasing high salary jobs. Telling lie to avoid conflict. Stay up late using smartphone. When you feel stuck, it means that you already explored the main path, and it’s time for different branches. But they are narrow and rugged. Exploring them takes effort. It creates resistance.
But this is the way! It is mentally draining when you start thinking what you really want to do, telling truth to your loved ones, stop scrolling and go to bed early. But you will find the world is different than what you thought it was. The old path fades away, and new paths emerge.
